    Reports

The Reports tab includes a number of reports which provide the true power of the platform. Report availability is dependent on the product you have purchased (AM or AMM) and your device platform. Many of the reports that support ALEOS devices require the gateway to be running ALEOS 4.8.0 or later and have the AMMER AAF application installed.

In addition to reports for the core AMM functionality, reports are also available for optional applications which must be purchased separately.

Note: not all reports are available for ALEOS and GenX devices.

This page provides the following information:

    Product Support for Reports

    ALEOS Devices

Not all AM/AMM reports are available for all AirLink devices. A subset of reports are supported on AirLink devices running the ALEOS operating system. For a list of reports that are supported on ALEOS devices see: Reports Available on the AM and the AMM .

    GNX Devices

Not all AM/AMM reports are available for GNX devices. A subset of reports are supported on GNX devices running the GNX operating system. For a list of reports that are supported on GNX devices see: Reports Available on the AM and the AMM .

AM provides a subset of the functionality of the AMM. Reports are available on AM are designed for customers with fixed assets that are not generally mobile. For a list of reports supported see: Reports Available on the AM and the AMM .
