Ensuring a Proper Shutdown of the oMG after a Factory Reset

The first boot after a factory reset takes longer than normal due to the need to prepare default configuration files. If this process is interrupted by a premature shutdown and/or removal of power from the oMG, the process will repeat on subsequent boots until it is successfully completed. For best results please ensure that at least three minutes have elapsed since the unit’s green Status light began to blink or at least two minutes have elapsed since the light went solid before powering down the oMG after a factory reset.
