AT&T announced that their 3G network sunset process will commence on February 22, 2022. As a result of these changes, select AirLink RV55/LX40/LX60 LTE routers will require an ALEOS update. Otherwise they will cease to connect to the AT&T network.

This bulletin identifies the affected product SKUs, provides additional information from AT&T, and presents a timeline for the upcoming ALEOS release that will prevent network connectivity issues.

Customers are reminded that AT&T SIMs provisioned to operate on the 3G network only will cease to function when the AT&T 3G network is shut down. All AirLink routers require an AT&T SIM configured for 4G to remain connected after the AT&T 3G network shutdown.
