This document describes how to install and use the Product Support Tool from Sierra Wireless.

The Product Support Tool allows the user to:

  • Upgrade software in a Sierra Wireless modem
  • Provision the modem (by loading a PRL and configuring certain
    settings)
  • Copy a user’s account and personal settings from one device to
    another.
  • Save/load settings
