This document describes how to install and use the Product Support Tool from Sierra Wireless.
The Product Support Tool allows the user to:
- Upgrade software in a Sierra Wireless modem
- Provision the modem (by loading a PRL and configuring certain
settings) - Copy a user’s account and personal settings from one device to
another. - Save/load settings
