1. New Features

This section lists the features added from the previous release, eCall InBand Modem Library 1.1.1.

Minimum Set of Data binary consolidation: A new API and an AT Command enable end user to benefit from a coder to create the binary format of MSD needed to be sent during eCall process to PSAP.

Note: eCall InBand Modem Library implements the 3GPP InBand Modem feature.

3GPP eCall signaling options for emergency call are available with recent firmware starting from R7.44, including R7.47

A PSAP basic test server has been developed by Sierra Wireless for simple PSAP operation / testing. The PSAP Test server application is available in the package.
