Sierra Wireless Public Keys

Aug 31, 2018 - Author: Sierra Wireless - 2202 Views

Sierra Wireless modules enabling Customer Secure Boot make use of a public key to authenticate any Linux image being loaded or run on the module. For usage details, refer to the WP Series Customer Secure Boot application note.

For customers who are not interested in building their own custom Linux images and want to run only official Sierra Wireless Linux images, they must load the Sierra Wireless public key onto their module.

Important — Once written to a module, the keystore cannot be replaced or removed.
