AM/AMM Gateway Software Packages

Customers operating AM or AMM 2.15 or later have access to the Self-Serve Software Update feature. This feature allows AM or AMM users to manage upgrades of software on Sierra Wireless gateways and routers. Customers that operate a version of the AM or AMM in their own Data Center are able to manage upgrades for both MGOS, AirLink OS and ALEOS-based AirLink gateways and routers, and require access to the software packages for each gateway or router. Note: MGOS Application Package and oMG Core software must be available in the AM/AMM repository for any MGOS software upgrade to occur. 

Note:  Do not downgrade past MGOS 4.4.2.1 due to the AirLink Connection Issue. Customers looking to upgrade to MGOS 4.2 or later over-the-air: Ensure that your AMM is updated to version 2.16 or later before performing the MGOS update — performing MGOS updates on unsupported versions can result in non-functional devices.
