1. If not already done, download the latest USB driver and launch the executable. 2. Download the Firmware 'one-click' (.exe) file for your carrier (Note: If your carrier is not listed and you are unsure which Generic to use, check with your carrier.): R13.0.1 (Generic — PTCRB) — WP7603, WP7610 R13.0.1 (Generic — GCF) — WP7603, WP7610 R13.0.1 (AT&T) — WP7603, WP7610
3. Connect the target's (e.g mangOH) USB cable to your host 4. Launch the firmware executable (.exe file) and follow the instructions.
Follow the Firmware Update Instructions with Developer Studio to download and install the following package: Legato for WP76 R13 (19.2.0.wp76xx-docker-201906171318) for Windows or Legato for WP76 R13 (19.2.0.wp76xx-native-x86_64-201906171319) for Linux
