An email will be sent to the email address associated with this user name. If it does not show in your Inbox, check your spam folder.

If there is no email address associated with the user name, or you do not know the email address used, contact Sierra Wireless Customer Support for assistance.

The email will contain a link that will allow you to reset your password. The password authentication rules associated with that user name will apply. The link is only valid for one hour.

The first time that a user attempts to login to a hosted AMM with version 2.17.2+, the user will be asked to acknowledge the Terms of Service. Once this is acknowledged, the user can select Continue and will be allowed to continue using the AMM. The Terms of Service can be viewed by selecting Help -> About after logging in.
