On rare occasions, a certificate profile can end up in an error state, even though it was successfully generated and downloaded from the MG device.
To synchronize the certificate status on the AMM, a Generate Renewal CSR needs to be done:
- Navigate to the Configuration > Gateway Certificates menu in the AMM.
- Select the gateway(s) for which the CSR Status shows in error.
- Click Generate Renewal CSR and ensure that the state transitions to Ready.
- If the CSR state instead transitions back to Error, call Sierra Wireless Technical Support.
