    Handling a CSR Error Status

    On rare occasions, a certificate profile can end up in an error state, even though it was successfully generated and downloaded from the MG device.

    To synchronize the certificate status on the AMM, a Generate Renewal CSR needs to be done:

    1. Navigate to the Configuration > Gateway Certificates menu in the AMM.
    2. Select the gateway(s) for which the CSR Status shows in error.
    3. Click Generate Renewal CSR and ensure that the state transitions to Ready.
    4. If the CSR state instead transitions back to Error, call Sierra Wireless Technical Support.
