AMM ISO fails to boot on Hyper-V if wrong template selected for Secure Boot

The AMM ISO will fail to boot on Hyper-V if the wrong Secure Boot template is selected.

To boot the AMM with Secure Boot, you must select the template Microsoft UEFI Certificate Authority.

To change the template for Secure Boot, use the following procedure.

1. Ensure that the VM is turned off.
2. Right-click the VM > Settings.
3. Navigate to Security.
4. Select the template as Microsoft UEFI Certificate Authority.
5. Apply and boot the VM.
