    Managing Operations that are Stuck at In Progress

    AMM relies on the response from the gateway to correctly set the status of an operation. On a rare occasion, the response may not be received by the AMM, and the operation will become stuck at status In Progress.

    If this happens, the operation has to be manually cancelled on the AMM, so that the gateway is unlocked. Otherwise new operations will queue up and not be able to proceed.

    To cancel an operation,

    1. Navigate to the Admin > Operations menu in the AMM.
    2. Select the operation(s) that is stuck.
    3. Click Cancel.
    4. Confirm that the Affected Workflow is correct.
    5. Click Submit to cancel the workflow.
