Release Notes for AM/AMM 2.17.1.5

1 Release Information

AirLink Manager (AM)/AirLink Mobility Manager (AMM) 2.17.1.5 is a patch release to address critical security vulnerabilities recently identified.

Please go to the Sierra Wireless Security page (https://www.sierrawireless.com/company/iot-device-security/security-bulletins/) on our website and review the latest Security Bulletin titled SWI-PSA-2021-007: Apache Log4j Vulnerability for instructions on applying an emergency patch to your system. Please do this at your earliest convenience.

Customers are also advised to contact Sierra Wireless as soon as possible to schedule an upgrade of their AM or AMM software.

1.1 Officially Released Versions

These release notes are inclusive of all AMM R2.15.x+ versions.

AM/AMM 2.17.1.5 was officially released to General Availability on Dec 23, 2021.
