Supported Gateways

AMM works with the following gateway versions. Note that some specific features may require newer/specific versions which are noted in this document.

• oMG 3.14.1 and above¹.
• MG90 4.0.2 and above.
• AirLink devices² with ALEOS software versions 4.4.x and higher. ALEOS devices with versions lower than 4.9.4 will require a manual configuration change in order to communicate with the AMM 2.17.1+. Many of the reports enabled for ALEOS devices in AMM 2.16+ require ALEOS 4.8.0 and the AMMER AAF application.
• GenX (GNX-3 and GNX-6) devices are supported in AMM 2.16.1 and above.

Note: the AMM generally handles all MG devices in a similar manner. Where appropriate, all references to “MG” in this document refer collectively to oMG 500, 2000, and MG90 devices, with following exceptions:

• The AMM’s Software Repository and Software Distribution features are managed differently for the MG90.
• The Configuration Template feature (introduced in AMM 2.17) does not support oMG 500 and 2000 devices. For the MG90, this feature requires version 4.3.0 or higher.

Note: AMM 2.17.1+ supports communication with devices using TLS 1.2. The minimum compatible gateway software versions are

• oMG-2000: 3.15.0-20180206.2
• MG90: 4.2.0-20180608.1
